Susan Fern

Susan Fern is a Software Engineering Manager at WP Engine, responsible for leading two engineering teams to deliver critical solutions and manage a Google Cloud-based internal software delivery platform. Prior to this role, Susan served as the Global Manager for Systems & Applications Engineering at NXP Semiconductors, overseeing a team of 20 engineers in the development of customer collateral. Susan's earlier career included significant accomplishments in Field Applications Engineering, with a focus on customer relationship improvements and team management. Susan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania.
