Tracy Ward

Tracy Ward has extensive experience in IT support and customer service, currently serving as IT Team Lead at WP Engine since October 2015, with prior roles including Senior IT Support Administrator, IT System Analyst, and End User Support Specialist. Before WP Engine, Tracy worked at Bazaarvoice as an End User Services Coordinator, providing IT support to over 1000 employees across nine global offices. Additional experience includes roles at Waterloo Records as Video Buyer/Sale Merchandiser, Home Slice Pizza as Head Cashier, Criminal Records as Sales Associate, and Tower Records as Head Supervisor. Tracy holds a High School Diploma from Druid Hills High School, graduating in 2002.
