Zygmunt Dyras

Zygmunt Dyras has a strong work experience in various engineering and management roles. Zygmunt started their career as a Software Engineer and Test Specialist at IBM, where they worked on test planning, verification, and execution for web applications. Zygmunt then moved on to Intel Security, where they served as a Test Engineer and later as a Lead Test Engineer.

After that, Zygmunt joined DaWanda GmbH as a QA Manager, overseeing the quality assurance processes. Zygmunt then joined SolarWinds, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Test Lead, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager.

In 2019, Zygmunt joined UBS as the Director of Digital Platforms Technology, leading the digital platforms team. Later that year, they joined WP Engine as the Director of Engineering and Site Manager, responsible for managing and coaching engineering teams and working closely with executive stakeholders.

In 2022, Zygmunt was promoted to Senior Director of Engineering and Site Manager at WP Engine, where they led globally distributed software engineering teams. Recently, in 2023, they took on the role of Vice President of Engineering at WP Engine, with responsibilities for delivering Headless WordPress and e-Commerce product lines and collaborating with the C-level executive team.

Zygmunt Dyras obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu, graduating in 2010. Additionally, they received certifications in Cisco CCNA 1 - 4 from Cisco in 2008.
