Andreas Nickel

Andreas Nickel has extensive work experience in various roles within finance, accounting, and investment management. Andreas is currently serving as the Head of Accounting and Treasury at wpd AG since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Finance and Accounting at FRIBA Investment from January 2020 to August 2021. Andreas also held the position of Head of Real Estate at ELB Grundstückverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG from March 2017 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Investment Manager at Fr. Lürssen Werft GmbH & Co. KG from January 2010 to August 2021. Andreas started their career as a Trainee at Vincci Hoteles and Marcos Cabrera S.L. in 2007. Andreas also gained experience as an Auditing Assistant at Hösel + Siemer from August 2008 to December 2009.

Andreas Nickel completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Bremen from 2002 to 2008, earning a Diplom degree in Business Administration (BWL). Andreas also studied abroad at Halmstad University from 2006 to 2007, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services.
