Project Management

The Project Management team at wpd GmbH is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and execution of wind and solar energy projects. This includes planning, financing, and managing the construction and operation phases to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The team also focuses on securing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and managing stakeholder relationships to optimize project success and contribute to the company's goal of expanding renewable energy capacity globally.
