Dave Peralta

Dave Peralta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership roles within the biotech and SaaS industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at RDP Business Advisors, Inc., Dave provides advisory and consulting services to emerging companies in operations, financial management, and fundraising. As a board member at Oberon Technologies and WPMC, Dave plays a vital role in guiding innovative ventures. Previously, Dave held CEO positions at BlueWillow Biologics, Inc. and NanoBio Corporation, leading both companies through significant developments in biotech. Dave's earlier career included financial leadership roles at Arbortext and Mechanical Dynamics, Inc., as well as advisory roles at PwC. An alumnus of the University of Michigan, Dave graduated with distinction and captained the Big Ten championship baseball team in 1989.
