Kate Easterling

Kate Easterling currently serves as the Global VP of Creative, Content & Innovation at WPP Media since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Essence from March 2020 to May 2022, including Global VP of Creative Experience and Global Senior Director of Experience. Earlier experience includes positions at Havas as Associate Director and Manager of Global New Business, and at Geometry Global as Senior Manager and Manager of New Business. Kate began her career at Pep Promotions, working as an Account Coordinator and Account Executive. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Marketing from Miami University and has furthered education at NABA.
