Aaron Barrus

Aaron Barrus is a results-driven Procurement Leader with extensive category management expertise across various industries. They began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Xactware in 2015, where they significantly improved applicant response rates and reduced recruiting costs. Aaron then served as an HR Administrator at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, implementing employee recognition programs and conducting salary analyses. From 2016 to 2022, they held various roles at Dow, including Sourcing Specialist and HRDP Specialist, leading sourcing events and managing labor relations transformations. Currently, Aaron is a Category Manager at WPP, where they focus on Talent Acquisition and Flex Labour.
