Albert Roldan

Albert Roldan currently serves as the Global Head of People Operations at WPP, where responsibilities include leading the Global People Services Transformation and driving the strategic direction of People Operations across key markets. Previously, Albert was the Global Head of Payroll and Benefits Administration, overseeing operations and service delivery in support of WPP’s HR and financial objectives. Prior to WPP, Albert held various positions at Prudential Financial, including Director of Technology Services and Manager of Information Systems, where expertise in technology delivery, provider management, and compliance was developed. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
