Alex Chan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in program management and IT leadership. Currently serving as the Global Programme Lead and Product Owner for Workflow at WPP since July 2021, Alex has successfully led the rollout of a Workflow management system, expanding from 400 to over 15,000 users globally. Prior to this role, Alex was the Regional Technology Business Partner for GroupM, managing technology across multiple APAC markets and overseeing the technology budget. With a background that includes serving as IT Director at GroupM and IT Manager at ICLP, Alex holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
