Arzu Unal

Arzu Unal currently serves as the WPP Turkey Country Manager, a position held since June 2023, after a distinguished tenure at VMLY&R spanning from January 2004 to July 2023, where Arzu held the roles of Chairwoman and CEO. Under Arzu Unal's leadership, VMLY&R Group Istanbul experienced significant growth, achieving an 11-fold increase in revenue over 18 years and cultivated enduring client relationships with major brands such as Vodafone, Coca-Cola, and Burger King. Prior to VMLY&R, Arzu Unal worked at Young & Rubicam as a Brand and Client Relationship Manager and was part of Procter & Gamble's marketing team as a Brand Manager. Arzu Unal holds a degree from Boğaziçi University, completed in 1991.
