Chris Luckens serves as the WPP Connect Helpdesk Lead, managing the global video conference helpdesk from the London headquarters since August 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing audio visual installations and management across 800 Poly Pexip enabled meeting spaces in 47 locations, as well as providing support for on-site event productions in London and New York and online broadcast production. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions within the Bates Dorland Advertising/WPP IT group, including Desktop Publisher and Audio Visual Engineer, where management of desktop publishing and campus audio visual resources was key, and Information Technology Support Engineer, where support for interactive touch workstations and the Plexus Mainframe was provided. Deep experience in the audio visual and IT sectors has shaped Chris's professional trajectory.
