Debbie Scott

Debbie Scott serves as the Global ER Director at WPP since September 2014, where contributions include driving collaboration and enhancing capability through established communication platforms and regular HR events. Prior to this role, Debbie was the EMEA HR Director at Landor Associates, focusing on leading the people agenda and fostering a collaborative culture across multiple offices. Debbie's earlier experience at WPP involved harmonizing brands and facilitating cross-sector collaboration as the HR Director for Specialist Communications. Additional roles include HR Director at WTMS, where Debbie implemented a new shared HR service post-acquisition, and interim HR Director at TNS (Research International), where Debbie led a large HR and Payroll team. Earlier in career, at CB Richard Ellis, Debbie held the position of EMEA HR Director and contributed to building a new operating model across multiple jurisdictions. Debbie holds a BA (Hons) in Business Hospitality Management from Leeds Beckett University.
