Douglas P. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, diversity, and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Faculty Member at Howard University School of Business, Douglas focuses on the integration of human capital management (HCM) and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within executive programs. As Founder of both the Entertainment Football Association and Freeman Labs, Douglas promotes innovation and the development of overlooked entrepreneurs. In the role of President of Global Reflections HCM & Inclusive Leadership Practice at UniWorldGroup, a WPP company, Douglas leads practices serving some of the largest publicly traded companies in the U.S. Additionally, Douglas founded the World Diversity Leadership Summit, the first major global diversity conference, and has held leadership roles in consulting and health management, including as Chief Diversity Officer at Gold Coast Health Plan. Douglas holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA Essentials certification from The London School of Economics.
