Harsh Kaur Khalsa is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in international recruitment across various regions. Currently serving as a Global Talent Partner at WPP since October 2024, Harsh previously worked at NielsenIQ for three years, where roles included International Recruiter for the EMEA region and Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on India, Africa, and the Middle East. Harsh has successfully managed recruitment for multiple business units, handling diverse roles in a fast-paced environment. Earlier experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Randstad India and an internship in Human Resources at Deloitte India. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounts and Finance from the University of Mumbai and completed a management program at the Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development.
