Jenny Tieman is a seasoned consultant and director in creative recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Creative Talent at WPP and as a freelance consultant since 2018. With extensive experience in various recruiting roles at companies like R/GA and Solomon Page Group, Jenny has specialized in finding top talent across product design, user experience strategy, and creative fields. They began their career as an organic farmer with the Federation of WWOOF Organisations and have since cultivated a robust expertise in creative recruitment. Jenny is pursuing a BA at the University of California, Berkeley.
