Jim Downs

Jim Downs has extensive experience in IT operations and technical support, currently serving as IT Operations Manager at WPP since February 2003, where responsibilities include producing annual strategy meetings and managing technical support for the New York office. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Manager at WebRecruiter, LLC, where coordination with development teams in Moscow and New York took place, and HTML Developer in Client Relations at E-Commerce Solutions, enhancing deliverables and client satisfaction. Jim also has experience as a Database Developer for UNITE, developing archival systems, and worked with Blue Man Group in various creative and technical roles, contributing to performance design and execution. Jim is an alumnus of The New School and the International Center of Photography School.
