Kat Sullivan is a seasoned professional in interaction design with extensive experience in academia and the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Interaction Design at WPP since June 2022, Kat previously held roles as an Adjunct Professor at New York University from August 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included teaching a Motion Capture course and conducting research in digital performance and machine learning. Other notable positions include CTO of Ready Set Go, which created software for collaborative motion tracking, and various software engineering roles at Charles River Analytics and Nomad Mobile Software LLC. Kat holds a Master’s Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Computer Science and Dance from Skidmore College.
