Lee Pelling is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in IT services and telecommunications. Currently serving as Category Director at WPP since February 2023, Pelling oversees the IT Services and Telco expenditure across WPP and its operating companies. Previously, as Deputy Director (Procurement) at the Government Commercial Function, Pelling supported HMRC's IT transformation initiatives and led the IT Application commercial team.
