Lev D'Cruz

Lev D'Cruz is an experienced manager with a strong background in finance and operations management. Currently serving as a Manager at WPP since July 2021, Lev successfully migrated Procure to Pay processes to the GBS India site and implemented a Centre of Excellence model for global Travel & Expense processes. Prior to this role, Lev held positions such as Sr Associate at WNS Global Services, where foundational work for a 6 FTE Accounts Payable process was developed, and Assistant Manager at General Mills, overseeing a 33-member team and achieving significant cost savings through optimized inventory management. Lev's career began as a Team Coach at Intelenet Global Services, effectively managing accounts payable and enhancing operational efficiency.
