Muriel Jacques is a seasoned commercial leader with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA at VML, a role commenced in January 2024, Muriel also holds global responsibilities for commercial operations at WPP within the HSBC account since July 2019. Previously, Muriel led the global commercial practice at Wunderman Thompson, focusing on enhancing commercial models and driving innovation. With a solid foundation in commercial leadership at Kantar and earlier roles, including Regional Commercial Director at Insights by Kantar, Muriel has consistently demonstrated expertise in negotiation, strategic leadership, and the establishment of commercial best practices. Muriel holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
