Raffaella M.

Raffaella M. has substantial experience in program assurance and audit management, currently serving as Global Program Assurance at WPP since February 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing risk visibility and ensuring the successful delivery of high-stakes transformation programs. Prior to this role, Raffaella spent over six years at Network Rail as Head of Capital Delivery Internal Audit, overseeing an £11bn capital portfolio and interfacing with executive leadership on audit strategies and best practices. Raffaella's earlier positions included Lead Auditor and Quality Assurance roles at Ansaldo STS, where a strong focus was placed on establishing assurance functions across the Asia Pacific Region.
