Venus Too

Venus Too is an experienced professional currently serving as the Training and Change Lead - Regional at WPP since September 2022, where responsibilities include the implementation and training of an ERP system across APAC markets. Prior to this, Venus held the position of Finance Project Lead at DKSH, overseeing the rollout of the TIS system in multiple countries and managing operational outsourcing projects. Venus has also served as a Team Lead in Training & Development at DKSH, leading global standardization projects, and as a Training Specialist at Whealer Solutions Sdn Bhd, designing impactful training programs. With earlier roles at IBM Malaysia, Venus advanced to Team Lead, focusing on operations and process improvement while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional initial experiences include tutoring mathematics for Enopi Learning Center and providing customer service in a dining setting at Yellowstone National Park. Venus holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from HELP University.
