WPWellbeing is a community-driven wellbeing initiative dedicated to supporting the people behind the web.

Born from conversations within the WordPress ecosystem, WPWellbeing was created with a simple belief: the contributors, developers, designers, freelancers, agency owners, creators, coaches, consultants, remote workers, & digital professionals building the digital world deserve the same care & support they provide to others through their work.

In today's always-connected world, many talented professionals face challenges such as burnout, digital overload, stress, isolation, work-life imbalance, & constant pressure to perform. While technology continues to evolve rapidly, the human side of work is often overlooked.

WPWellbeing exists to help change that.

Our mission is:

Helping contributors care for themselves while caring for the web.

Through education, conversations, community initiatives, wellbeing resources, mindful productivity practices, & future events, we aim to encourage healthier, calmer, & more sustainable ways of working & living.

We believe that wellbeing is not about doing less. It is about creating a healthier relationship with work, technology, community, & ourselves.

Our focus areas include:

• Digital Wellbeing
• Contributor Wellbeing
• Burnout Prevention
• Mindful Productivity
• Remote Work Wellness
• Healthy Work Habits
• Women in Tech Wellbeing
• Community Building
• Sustainable Leadership
• Creator & Freelancer Wellbeing
• Work-Life Balance
• Human-Centered Technology

WPWellbeing is an independent initiative that welcomes people from all backgrounds, professions, cultures, & communities. Whether you are a contributor, creator, entrepreneur, professional, volunteer, student, or community leader, you are welcome here.

We are at the beginning of a journey to build a more supportive, compassionate, & sustainable digital culture—one conversation, one story, & one person at a time.

A healthier web starts with healthier people.
