Peter Kobylarz is the GIS Technical Team Leader at WRA, Inc. since June 2014, where responsibilities include coordinating GIS services, managing a full-service GIS staff and IT infrastructure, and leading marketing and strategy for the GIS department. Prior to this, Peter served as a GIS Specialist for the County of Mono from June 2007 to June 2014, managing the development and maintenance of the county's Enterprise GIS, implementing GIS solutions across departments, and automating data processing tasks. Peter holds a B.A. in Geography and Political Science from the University of Washington, with a focus on social geography, GIS, international studies, and the European Union.
