Trevor Gilmore

Trevor Gilmore is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Menke, a leading ESOP advisory firm, where they empower businesses to transition to employee ownership. With over a decade of experience in finance, tax, and strategic planning, Trevor has guided numerous companies in achieving their succession and liquidity goals. Prior to this role, they founded Bamboo Mountain and served as the Director of Private Equity at Mengali Accountancy. Trevor's educational background includes advanced studies at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business. Additionally, they hold positions as a board member for both Catapult Growth Funds and WRA, Inc.
