Joseph Ochoa

Joseph Ochoa is a versatile media professional currently serving as a Multiplatform Producer at WRAL since December 2022. Previously, Joseph worked as a Production Assistant for High School OT Live at Capitol Broadcasting Company and gained extensive experience in sports journalism as a Sports Clerk at The News & Observer Publishing Company and a Sports Staff Writer for Technician. Joseph also contributed to the Old North Banter sports blog as a Site Expert and served as a Formal Dining Lead Server at Galloway Ridge at Fearrington for over a decade. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English: Language, Writing, and Rhetoric from North Carolina State University, complemented by a minor in Creative Writing and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Carolina Community College.
