Sam Allison has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career in 2009 as a Teacher of Drama at Greenwood Academies Trust and later worked as an Education Officer at Belgrade Theatre. In 2012, they transitioned to a Street Food Business Owner, operating a festival stall business that served food at major UK events. In the same year, they also worked as a Supply Teacher at Aquinas Education Limited. In 2017, Sam joined Modis as a ServiceNow Recruitment Consultant, where they played a key role in building the ServiceNow market for the company. Their responsibilities included lead generation, candidate resourcing, and securing new clients. Currently, Sam works at Wrangu | Elite ServiceNow Partner. They started as a Business Development Executive, promoting Wrangu's Privacy, Compliance, and Risk solutions. Later, they transitioned to an Account Executive role, supporting clients in solving Risk, Security, ESG, and Data Privacy challenges using the ServiceNow platform. They focus on the UK market by driving new business and developing existing accounts.

Sam Allison's education history begins with their time at Carlton Le Willows School, where they completed their GCSE's and A Levels in subjects such as Maths, Science, and English from 1998 to 2005. In 2005, they enrolled at the Italia Conti Academy of Dramatic Arts and earned a Bachelor's degree in Acting, which they completed in 2009. At the same time, Sam also pursued a BA Hons degree in Theatre from London South Bank University, which they completed in 2008. Later, in 2010 to 2012, Sam attended the University of Nottingham to obtain a PGCE degree in Education.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sam has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the following certifications from ServiceNow: Partner Sales Specialization: Introduction to Value Selling, ServiceNow Partner Sales Specialization: Governance, Risk & Compliance, GRC - Advanced Risk Assessment for Implementers Training, GRC Foundational Training (Quebec Release), and ServiceNow Fundamentals Training.
