Jay Frampton has extensive work experience in manufacturing, supply chain consulting, and operations. Jay began their career at Diacon, Inc. in 1986 as a Manager of Operations & Engineering in semiconductor packaging. From 1994 to 1996, they worked as a Plant Superintendent at Maxell Corporation of America, focusing on audio, video, and data recording. Jay then joined Kyocera Communications, Inc., formerly Qualcomm Personal Electronics, in 1996 as a Sr. Manager of Manufacturing & Factory Service Center Operations for cell phones. In 2001, they moved to Microsoft Corporation as a Sr. Program Manager, overseeing contract manufacturing operations for the Xbox console. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Project Director at Loud Technologies, Inc., managing manufacturing off-shoring projects in professional audio. Jay then transitioned to Independent Operations | Manufacturing | Supply Chain Consulting in 2007, serving as a Principal Consultant for consumer electronics until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, they held the position of Sr. Manager of Global Supply Planning for ultracapacitors at Maxwell Technologies. Currently, they are the Vice President of Manufacturing for law enforcement and security products at Wrap Technologies, Inc., a position they have held since 2018.
