Dr Sam Hubble

Dr. Sam Hubble is an experienced specialist in behavior change, currently managing various projects and campaigns focused on promoting sustainable behaviors at WRAP since August 2017. Responsibilities include leading Wales' largest recycling initiative, developing behavior change strategies for recycling and food waste, and coordinating efforts among local authorities and stakeholders to advance a circular economy. Prior experience encompasses roles at Ogilvy Consulting, where Dr. Hubble refined skills in applying behavioral science, and at South East Wales Energy Agency, managing projects targeting climate change and fuel poverty. Dr. Hubble holds a PhD in Environmental Psychology and has a solid background in communication and public engagement from previous roles in various organizations, including Cardiff University, Techniquest, and BBC.
