Jen joined WRAP as Head of Account Management & Sales and is responsible for an enthusiastic and passionate team of Business Account Managers working with multi-national organisations to help them achieve their sustainability goals via WRAP’s voluntary agreements; Courtauld 2030, Textiles 2030 and The UK Plastics Pact or by supporting research and interventions in citizen behaviour.
Jen has a background in developing powerful partnerships in travel, retail and FMCG industries and has led teams that have delivered award-winning and target-smashing campaigns. She has specialist knowledge in data-driven insights and building behaviour-changing programmes.
