Lowelle Bryan is an experienced Sector Specialist at WRAP, joining the organization in October 2011 and currently focusing on The UK Plastics Pact and The European Plastics Pact. With a background in project management, Lowelle oversees the £15 million Rural Community Energy Fund. Previous roles include Project Manager and Project Officer at WRAP and South Oxfordshire District Council, respectively. Early career experience includes work as a Recycling Officer for StudentForce for Sustainability and a Recycling Advisor for Red Bull, where Lowelle also served as a Marketing Manager during university studies. Lowelle holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Hull and completed A Levels and GCSEs at Cowes High School.
