Lynsey Penny has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service sectors, holding various managerial positions. Beginning as a Unit Manager at Compass from 2010 to 2013, Lynsey progressed to the role of F&B Manager and Operations Manager at Thistle Hotels from June 2013 to April 2014. Lynsey then served as General Manager at Aramark Northern Europe from August 2015 to May 2018 and continued as General Manager at Airbus until August 2020. Additional experience includes the role of Operations Manager at Warner Bros. Studios and General Manager at Aerospace Bristol. Currently, Lynsey serves as a Sustainability Sector Specialist for Hospitality and Food Service at WRAP since July 2022.
