Alan H. is an experienced recruitment professional with expertise in technical recruitment, particularly in Engineering, Product Management, and Design roles. Alan's career began at IT/IQ Tech Recruiters as a Recruitment Associate, where relationships were built and professionals in various project management and analytical roles were placed. Progressing to Technical Recruiter at Bench Accounting, Alan specialized in recruiting for technical positions, ultimately serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter and DEI Sourcer. In this role, over 150 new hires were successfully brought on board.
