William West

William West currently serves as Vice President of People at Wrapbook, a role commenced in March 2024. Prior to that, William held various leadership positions at Recharge from January 2022 to March 2024, overseeing the People function encompassing areas such as Talent Management, Employee Experience, and DEI initiatives. William's previous experience includes significant HR roles at Tableau Software from July 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities expanded alongside the engineering organization's growth. Early career highlights include HR management roles at Theo Chocolate and FareStart, and involvement in nonprofit board development with Seattle Works. William earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master’s in Nonprofit Organizations from The University of Georgia.
