Cara Cottam has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Sales Director and Head of UK & Ireland Foodservice Sales at Cofresco Foodservice since February 2004. Responsibilities include managing the UK Foodservice Sales team, training and motivating team members, and overseeing commercial activities for specific projects. Previously, Cara held the position of Senior National Account Manager, focusing on account management for major National Catering and Wholesale Distributors, while driving innovation in product ranges. Prior experience includes a role as Key Account Executive at Symphony Environmental, where key achievements included launching the UK's first totally degradable carrier bag and significantly increasing business levels. Cara began the professional career as a National Account Coordinator at CCA Art & Design and holds a BA Hons in Media & Arts Management from De Montfort University.
