Starting with the Royal Navy as a Logistics Officer, Thomas progressed to positions such as Offshore Operations Planner at Integrated Subsea Services Ltd, Logistics Manager at Bell Geospace, and Ship Operations Manager at Subsea 7. In more recent roles, Thomas served as General Manager for James Fisher NDT, Business Development Manager for James Fisher Mimic, and Sales Manager at JFD Global, focusing on the Defence Diving Community. Currently serving as NDT Operations Manager at WRc Group, Thomas delivers Non Destructive Testing solutions for the global utilities sector. Thomas holds an HND in Business Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and completed Royal Naval Officers Training at Britannia Royal Naval College.
