Lance Duce has a history of experience in the customer service industry. Lance began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Manager for Washington Mutual. In 2008, they moved to JP Morgan Chase as an Assistant Branch Manager. In 2010, they joined Intelius, where they held the roles of Manager of Customer Care and Supervisor of Quality and Escalation. Most recently, they have been a Senior Director of Market Operations at Wrench, Inc. since 2016.
