Their extensive experience includes roles as a Coach Development Officer with West Riding County Football Association and Technical Lead at Bradford City AFC, alongside various managerial positions at clubs such as Albion Sports FC and Liversedge FC. Pav's commitment to mentorship and education has led to multiple team promotions and recognition as Coach of the Year. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Community Sports Development and have earned diplomas in education and sports psychology.
