Jane MacKay

Jane MacKay has an extensive background in human resources, having held various leadership positions in the field. From 2014 to 2016, JANE served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority before becoming the Chief Human Resources Officer at Health Sciences Centre until February 2021. JANE then transitioned to become the Executive Director Human Resources at Shared Health Manitoba for a brief period before assuming their current role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in May 2021. Prior to their work in the healthcare sector, Jane held the role of Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Motor Coach Industries from 2006 to 2013.
