Jane MacKay

Jane MacKay is the Chief Human Resources Officer at WRHA. Jane has held this position since February 2021. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director Human Resources at Shared Health Manitoba from February 2021 to May 2021. Jane has also been the Executive Director of Human Resources - Winnipeg West at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority from January 2014 to December 2016. Jane's previous experience includes working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Motor Coach Industries from January 2006 to December 2013.

They are on a team with Kerstin Jordan - Regional Lead, Quality Patient Safety & Accreditation, Mary Anne Lynch - Regional Lead, Health Services – Acute Care & Chief Nursing Officer, and Gina Trinidad - Regional Lead, Health Services – Community & Continuing Care.
