Steve’s prior experience includes 30 years as a technology industry market researcher and proposal manager providing enterprise corporate perspective and financial rigor for multimillion dollar industry deals.  As well as 10 years as Statewide leader in Career Technology Education for the CA Community College system he brings an awareness of training, workforce skills and career education.
