Jessica Ackerman

Jessica Ackerman is an experienced professional in the finance and insurance sectors, currently serving as a Flood Insurance Underwriter at Wright Flood, the nation's largest flood insurance company, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at Computershare Loan Services from May 2021 to August 2023, where lending decisions were rendered in line with various guidelines while providing excellent customer service. Earlier experience includes underwriting conventional and non-conventional loans at American Federal Mortgage Corporation from July 2017 to May 2021 and serving as an Animal Rehabilitation Intern at Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center in 2015. Jessica began their career in customer service and management at Driftstone on the Delaware Family Campground from May 2008 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Honors Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
