Brian Messner

Brian Messner, PE, is a seasoned professional in the field of water and wastewater design with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Brian has served as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Lead Project Engineer at Wright-Pierce since February 2014, where responsibilities include technical studies, construction administration, project inspection, and business development. Previously, Brian held roles as an Assistant Project Engineer and Engineer at Tata & Howard, Inc. from June 2009 to February 2014 and completed an engineering internship at the Regional Water Authority in early 2009. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut, earned in 2009, and graduated from West Haven High School in 2004.
