Steve Hallowell

Steve is a Vice President, Florida Wastewater Practice Group Leader, and member of the Board of Directors. Steve has been with Wright-Pierce for over 30 years and has a wide range of experience in planning, design, and construction of wastewater and water facilities and infrastructure projects for municipal and contract operator clients. Over the years, he has served as project manager on a number of wastewater, water, and civil projects in Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, and Connecticut and has been essential to growing the firm’s presence in Florida.
