Tom Hogan

Tom Hogan is the MA Civil Group Leader at Wright-Pierce. Tom previously worked as Vice President - Division Manager at Doucet & Associates, Inc. from September 2001 to August 2018. In this role, Tom served to ensure that all projects were adequately staffed, critical milestones were met, key individuals were committed to the project, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures were strictly enforced.

Some of the notable projects Tom has worked on include the Baystate Wing Emergency Room Expansion and Campus Improvements in Palmer, MA; the Baystate Franklin Surgery Modernization Project in Greenfield, MA; and the VA Medical Center Improvements in Albany, NY.

Tom is an experienced and successful leader in the engineering and construction industry. Tom has a proven track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget. Tom is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail. Tom is a trusted and respected leader who is known for their integrity, commitment to excellence, and dedication to their team.

Tom Hogan has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Tom is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council in LEED and by the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in OSHA 10. Tom is also a Professional Engineer in the states of Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Iowa. Finally, they are certified by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection in Title 5 Soil Evaluator.
