After a decade in executive search and TA leadership, I made a deliberate choice - to stop climbing someone else’s ladder and start building something of my own.

Wright Talent Advisory works with healthcare organizations at the highest-stakes moments of HR technology transformation — where strategy has been set, investment has been made, and the gap between executive intent and team execution is where everything either holds or falls apart.

We exist because that gap is real, and it's costly. Internal teams buried in systems and a project plan that nobody translated for them. Technology that promised transformation and delivered confusion. And go-lives that leave recruiters depleted and TA leaders stretched thin.

That's exactly where we work.

Wright Talent Advisory embeds directly inside healthcare organizations as a fractional TA transformation partner — part functional PM, part executive proxy, part change agent.

Elevating the craft of recruiting is as central to our work as the technology itself. Because a go-live that leaves your team depleted isn't a success. It's a delayed failure.
