Jon Eardley is a seasoned transport professional with over 25 years of experience in the bus and coach industry across the UK. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Aftersales and Telematics for WrightBus, Jon holds full P&L responsibility for global aftersales and retail activities, including the All Service One and Uptime365 platform. Previously, Jon has held significant roles, including Engineering Director at Abellio Group and Managing Director at Transport UK London Bus, overseeing extensive operations and staff. With a solid academic background that includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester, Jon is also dedicated to personal development and mentoring others in the industry.
