Michael Wilson has extensive experience in engineering and design, beginning with a design role at Wilson Double Deck Trailers from June 1994 to April 2001. Michael then advanced to Caterpillar Inc., serving as Lead Engineer and Senior Design Engineer from September 2018 to July 2021. Following this, Michael held positions at Lloyds Datum Group as Technical Staff and General Manager from July 2021 to October 2022, before joining Wrightbus as an Engineer in November 2024. Michael's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering Design, as well as honours in Design and Innovation from The Open University.
