Prior to their current roles, Jacob worked at companies like DBS Bank, South China Media Group, and Guru Online - AdBeyond (Group) Limited in various marketing and digital marketing positions. Jacob started their career as a Flight Attendant at Cathay Pacific Airways and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
