Sandra Lynam has extensive HR experience, ranging from HR Assistant to Head of HR positions in various companies such as Writech Group (WTech Fire), Covalen, Sonas Nursing Homes, and more. Sandra has developed HR strategies aligned with business goals, coached senior management on people capability, managed recruitment processes, provided guidance on policies and legal requirements, measured employee engagement, and supported the development of high-performing teams at all levels. Sandra has also managed employee relations, recruitment, performance reviews, and facilitated resolution of personnel issues. Sandra has a degree in Human Resources Management and Business Studies from National College of Ireland and Athlone Institute of Technology.
